However, it is important to note that visa issuance is strictly the decision of the embassy or consulate. Our role is to guide and facilitate the process — the final outcome always depends on the candidate’s performance and the official authorities’ decision.

1. Our Responsibilities

  • We prepare and provide genuine documents and work permits.

  • We ensure that employer-side documentation is accurate and compliant.

  • In case of refusal due to documentation or work permit issues on our side, we take full responsibility.

  • If a candidate receives a refusal once, the employer may support them with one more attempt.

2. Candidate’s Responsibilities

  • The candidate is responsible for their interview performance.

  • If a refusal occurs due to weak performance, lack of preparation, or failure to meet embassy expectations, Skylink cannot be held liable.

  • If the candidate faces two refusals due to interview performance, Skylink’s responsibility ends.

3. Limitations of Liability

  • Skylink is not liable for refusals based on personal performance, embassy discretion, or external factors beyond our control.

  • Skylink is only accountable in cases where refusal is directly linked to errors in the work permit or documentation provided by us.

4. Privacy Commitment

  • All personal data shared with Skylink is treated as confidential and used strictly for processing recruitment and visa-related requirements.

  • We do not sell, trade, or misuse candidate information.

  • Data may only be shared with employers, embassies, or authorized officials for legitimate processing.

5. Final Disclaimer

Skylink is a facilitator, not a guarantor. While we ensure the authenticity of documents and employer-side support, the final decision lies with embassy authorities. Success depends equally on the candidate’s preparation, performance, and compliance with official requirements.
