Skylink Recruiters (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides recruitment and visa assistance services in good faith, based on the information and documents supplied by the candidate. Please note that while we ensure all documents and procedures are handled professionally and transparently, the final decision on visa issuance rests solely with the respective embassy or consulate. We cannot guarantee approval of any visa application, as it depends on the applicant’s individual performance during interviews and compliance with immigration policies.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
Document verification and preparation.
Guidance on visa application submission.
Recruitment support for overseas employment.
Limited post-refusal support (as described below).
3. Candidate Responsibilities
Provide accurate, valid, and original documents.
Attend embassy/consulate interviews as scheduled.
Follow instructions provided by Skylink to avoid delays or errors.
Accept that refusal due to personal performance, misrepresentation, or failure to meet immigration requirements is beyond our control.
4. Refusal Policy
In case of refusal, our firm will provide one-time employer support for re-application.
If the candidate receives a second refusal, Skylink will not be held liable.
Skylink will only accept responsibility if the refusal occurs due to an issue directly related to the work permit documents arranged by us.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for visa refusal due to the applicant’s interview performance, lack of qualifications, fraudulent documents provided by the applicant, or changes in immigration laws.
We are responsible only for errors directly caused by our team in relation to work permit documentation.
6. Fees and Payments
Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional charges may apply for optional services, which will be clearly communicated in advance.
7. Confidentiality
We value your privacy. All personal data and documents shared with Skylink are treated with the highest confidentiality and are used strictly for the purpose of processing your application.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts.
9. Amendments
Skylink reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Candidates are encouraged to review this page regularly.
